Hi, Chuck.
My subscription has expired, and I am getting ready to renew. I have a question about the renewal rates. Do I understand correctly that the yearly fee of $69.00 will actually last a minimum of a year, and may last longer than that until I reach $12,000.00 worth of wins? So potentially, it could go well beyond a year?
I feel like a traitor. I’ve been with you guys for 3 or 3 1/2 years. I cancelled my bids today with you when I saw I needed to renew, and signed up for a free trial with another service, because their rates appeared to be $23.00 less per year. I read your renewal page again and discovered the terms above.
I feel sort of “out of place” without my regular bidrobot, and will probably be renewing for another year at the end of my trial. I don’t think any other service could match your excellent customer service. I just wanted to be sure to understand your terms. If that’s correct, I think that’s a wonderful and fair offer!!!
Thanks, Chuck.
Sincerely,
Hi Tish,
Yes, you understand the BidRobot.com terms correctly:
“the yearly fee of $69.00 will actually last a minimum of a year, and may last longer than that until I reach $12,000.00 worth of wins? So potentially, it could go well beyond a year?”
Good luck with your bids.
