I end up removing the ups information, and re-creating my ups account. It takes more than a week to get the discounted rate when setting up a new account though, but you can ship packages right away though.

By linking the UPS account, will that mean I will then not be paying for the shipping via paypal, but ultimately billed as I normally am via UPS?

Thanks for the information. I had the conflict with my UPS account, so I deleted and created a new one. It shouldn’t have to be so difficult to carry on as normal…
